Daniel Farmer’s MSU Journey
Welcome to my Michigan State University Master of Arts in Education portfolio!
My journey as a student in this program has been filled with valuable insights and unique challenges. I started my journey as a single man while living in Taipei, Taiwan ready to take a new step in my career. I am ending my student career in my hometown of Philadelphia, PA as a married father.
The mutual development of my personal and professional life has augmented my student experience and colored my approach to my education. Early in my schooling, much of my perspective was hypothetical. I was imagining future classrooms that I may teach in. In the second half of my education, I applied the lens of parenting and educating my son.
I invite you to explore the below sections to understand the insights and lessons of my degree program.
